FurniGenUK

You can't see the kitchen. You see the light moving across it.

This frame wasn't downloaded. Your graphics card is working it out now, ray by ray.

Morning. The sun is low and the wall is silent.

Day. Light runs along the seams, and nothing else gets in the way.

Evening. Only the worktop line remains.

Up close. A 3 mm seam: all that's left of the kitchen.

The sun's path is simplified for illustration. It isn't a daylight calculation for your flat.

Describe your wall

No sign-up. The description lives for 3 days until you confirm it in your browser.

What we work out today

  • Handleless push-to-open fronts: the calculation for this wall passes the checks with no errors.
  • A 3 mm gap between fronts and module joints in the workshop drawings.
  • A Gola profile: a separate module an operator adds.

What we don't have today

  • Pocket doors that hide the work zone. We only have a description, no geometry.
  • Manufacturing, installation, lead times and guarantees: the service is in closed testing, with no paid orders yet.
  • The materials on screen are notional: graphite and pale stone were chosen for the frame, not from the catalogue.

How it's built

  • Path tracing in a WebGL2 fragment shader, no libraries: geometry in a floating-point texture, slab intersection, a direct sun ray and three bounces; a ray tests a group bound, not every box.
  • Frames accumulate in RGBA32F, so the image gets cleaner while you watch. ACES tone mapping.
  • Every front is a separate box from the FurniGen planner: a 4200 mm wall and the real gap.
  • A weak device lowers the resolution automatically. On a phone the scene starts at the first action.
